Refinement of the print by foiling (laminating)

Print finishing refinement, such as foiling (laminating), consists in securing the printing area with a special foil. Foiling makes the printed area gain additional visual qualities, it is also stiffened and protected against damage, UV radiation or humidity. Print protection foils are usually also approved for contact with food. All surfaces can be covered with foil on one or both sides.
